The worst experience of my life is from these folks. They don’t do what they say. They screw you over. They steal from your deposit. All the people that work at the lake Isabella facility are super rude uneducated about what their doing. Shouldn’t even be in business and wouldn’t be if they weren’t the only property management company up here. A property management company should be in business the help the renters not favor the landlords.
Will never do business with these people again it was truly horrible. Stay away if you can.

I can’t explain how upset I am with the front office worker, Tori. I work, my boyfriend works full time, and my mom works full time. We never had any evictions and were the first people to apply for a specific apartment. We did everything on our end, and kept reaching out to her; however, on her end she never tried to communicate. The only thing we were waiting for was my boyfriends previous landlord to answer his phone, which he didn’t for whatever reason. We didn’t know he wasn’t answering because she never told us that and decided to process the next application and moving them in without telling us what was going on. We had to call her to find out we didn’t get the apartment.

Able won't do anything about the pest and disrepair of their properties.

-Mouse infestations despite no food out and kept in a fridge and in containers
-lights that don't work or flicker constantly and go in and out.
-Fly infestations due to poor insulation cracks and holes around windows
-Drawers and cabinets broken from day one
-Swamp coolers not working for two years now.
- Property kept like a garbage heap without regulation

After calls of complaint Able won't fix and tries to just blame it on the tenants issues. At this point it is a health hazard and next up is reporting them for not fixing conditions.

Do not rent from them!

I submitted a rental application for my wife and I cost $40 total. We needed a place to stay because our prior lease expired. They took quite some time to get back to us, finally they said they could not approve us because they could not talk with our prior land lords. Problem is they took so long and did not communicate with us or come up with any alternative solutions. They could have put us in a really bad situation. On the other hand, a different rental company we went with got us approved right away.

They never tried to call us back on the apartment we were trying to rent. The customer service is very poor and seems very unprofessional of them. If they could call and let us know what’s happening instead of us having to call them multiple times just so we know what we need to get and who they need references from would’ve have gotten them a better review but they just don’t care about that’s stuff.

My wife was denied due to poor credit, and when I called about the same trailer I was told that credit would not matter. All I needed was to make twice the amount of rent owed. Let me tell you all, that is 100% bs! What able wants is the $40 application fee. I really believe this place should be shut down! They are ripping people off!
