Edwin the last day very bad service for an instructor, paid $350 and at the time of exam he gave 30 min and was not flexible cut the live zoom and I COULDNT FINISH MY EXAM!

Bad costumer service. You are just money for them.
I booked a class online for an employee last summer and we never got any email confirmation with his information from the school. I booked online. I got just the receipt. He ended up missing the class without letting the school know. Months after looking and finally finding the one receipt from the school, I contacted them asking if they could help me out rescheduling our employee class. I would be glad paying the reschedule fee but NOPE. They couldn't help me. They said it has been too long. And that's okay, their choice. I experienced similar situations with NYC Safety Training and they were prompt and ready to help me out with or without extra costs. That's the different between good costumer service and bad costumer service, integrity.

Good environment for the class.
Instruction is very helpful, and 100% understand ny teaching the topics of our subjects.
I will recommend and enroll my workers to attending this class especially 30 hours OSHA training.
