Motorhome broke down just after agricultural check point westbound. Salvador came to the rescue with a nice truck and an awesome attitude. He took off his glove to greet me with genuine handshake and a big smile. His new truck was clean for my family to ride in while we towed the rv with cold ac in the 108 f heat. He went above and beyond the whole time to make sure he was giving us 5 star treatment. Super impressed more than five stars for this gentleman and his company.

We had the best driver ever. He kept in contact with us for directions and make sure we were safe and had water. We lost all electric in our vehicle but he knew how to get around so he could put the car in neutral. We had such a great communication with him even while towing our vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the rules and laws with towing. He was so funny that we really connected with his personality. He had to tow us 113 miles and made the trip faster just with his personality. We would request him if this ever happened again‍♀️❤️?

So far we've tried to have this company help us, 1st break down they gave us a quote of $840 to tow us to our destination, we have AAA RV coverage, yet when we needed their help on 6/27/24 the increased the price of the quote to 5k. So we tried to repair the RV and made it to where we are now broke down on 7/1/24, and now they say no tow truck available until tomorrow. We are on the side on I-10 headed east in triple digit heat and they have failed a second time to assist us. Do NOT use this service because they will give you a quote then try to gouge the price because you are desperate

I called AAA as I was stranded on the road on I 10 1/2 mile from Highway 60 exit. AAA dispatched this towing service out for a flat tire. I was contacted by the service representative then by the tow truck operator. The tow truck operator advised me to drive that additional half mile to the next exit. I indicated that I did not want to do this because it would damage either the tire or Via Wheel. The tow truck operator his reply was drive slow that 1/2 mile because the tires are designed to handle that add a short distance running low speed. In spite of my better judgment I thought this guy was a professional and was leading me down the right path.
Upon arriving at the site that I was told to travel to the tow truck operator put my donut tire on and put the flat tire in my trunk. Since I realized I had to get to California and was at the Arizona State line so to speak I figured I had to repair the tire before going any farther. As I proceeded down the road to Blythe. As I proceeded down the road to Blythe, I stopped at the nearest tire repair shop expecting that I could get the tire repaired.
Upon attempting to get the tire repaired it was discovered that my greatest fear had been realized, the tire had been shredded internally and there was a gash in the side.
I had no other choice but to purchase a used tire as the tires on my vehicle being a brand new vehicle had low profile tires and I could not get the exact tire. Now once I’m back in orange county I now have to spend almost $300 for a new tire. I believe the tow truck operator is responsible for the damage due to giving me the worse information that any tow truck driver could.I called several times to speak to someone concerning this at various times of the day asking for Dana the manager and to date he has not called me back. I would never recommend this tote service to anyone as the tow truck driver operator is obviously stupid and the manager is not willing to except his stupidity and do the right thing.

I had a flat tire and called triple AAA and was connected with them. They provided an amazing service! Robert did an awesome job and was fun to talk with! He shared quite a few places with me that I'll look forward to seeing on my future travels!
