Cant say I would recommend to any military family with out of state taxes.
I never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a tax professional until today.
She called me cheap. Called me "lady" and hung up with me. I understand its tax day, but if the person I talked with on Friday said for me to call on Monday to decided how to proceed, then dont get mad if I decide your work was wrong?! if we had filed with her, we would have owed MN $700. it was their mistake, and she still thought I should owe her money... are you kidding me? You had my documents for weeks... I found someone who was competent enough to file correctly within 2 days and NOT owe, but get $30 back. Too much back and forth between other people. If you couldn't take me on or do it, you should have just said so. If they had been gracious enough or at least not rude I would not be here commenting.
