Terrible communication with no sense of urgency. Last year was unique due to the California natural disasters extension. This was fine but then all communication ceased. After they got me through the door and signed on as a client, I never spoke to Bret again. God bless Sabrina and all that she puts up with. I am sure I am not the only client calling looking for answers to have her trying to tap dance answers for Bret. I called on two separate occasions and requested to speak to Bret and was told he was on vacation. I get it, he's human too and deserves a break but I am curious, if he took as long as he did with the given extension, would he have been able to meet the original tax deadline...to that, I have very low confidence. Ok, you may be saying, well I'm just being dramatic and needed someone to hold my hand. Maybe, but even after the extension, months of dodged calls, no answers and lack of follow up, our returns were still incorrect! They did correct the issue but with all this "extra" time, you would have thought a little more attention would have been paid.
