It's not easy trying to find yourself in a fast-paced life where everyone seems to have it together, yet for some odd reason you may find yourself 10+ years behind the times.
Working with Human Creative Coaching has helped me to start my journey into the world of figuring what I want out of life and seeing where I can perhaps find a place where I fit in, and it doesn't feel that I am an alien traversing the ever changing plant called Earth. My coach has really taken his time in helping me dig in deep with what I want as a person, especially since I haven't been able to really have an identity for the longest time. They focus on you, what you want, your emotions, your thoughts, allowing you to deep dive into memories, and feelings that you thought you no longer had, and even bring up old passions that you may have thought had since died. I really enjoy how my coach changes his coaching to fit my needs, especially since I am going through a big rut in my life, which has allowed me to get the most out my sessions, and has helped my coach in finding new possibilities. If I could describe the coaching, it's almost like being on a swim team, the swim coach changes what types of swimming activities you'll do, sometimes you focus on sprints, other times, you'll focus on long distance. This allows for the swimmer (you) to keep growing and thinking about new techniques, while the coach gauges what the you may need to improve upon, or even build up on your strengths.
There is never a dull moment, and there are times where I can feel my emotions get the best of me, however my coach wants me to dive deeps into those emotions to allow myself to be human, rather than force those moments into a corner.

tldr: If you need help in figuring out when you feel your life, job, and self have gone off the tracks, Human Creative Coaching is the place to go and really dive into what once made you passionate about life!
