My experience receiving coaching from Ranger was calm, listened well and he took notes which helped with reference and focus. Ranger helped with visualising thought processes.

He asked questions to help pin point useful thinking and supported me towards identifying some practical actions I could take, that would unlock some powerful inner mindset and thought shifts. I processed some tricky thoughts that had been bothering me for years, and that therapy hadn’t managed to help solve, only soothe.

Ranger remained focused on the session goal and gently reconnected concepts to the goal, where needed. At the end, he asked a useful question relating to how I thought about myself after completing the session.
