My work/life balance has been unsteady with my focus on work rather than living in the moment. After taking the time to reflect on how I can change this to my family’s benefit along with my own sanity, I decided to reach out to Alex. This was definitely something I should’ve done much sooner as he allowed me to openly express what I was feeling and the daily challenges I was facing. Alex asked me to think about what’s important and demonstrated techniques that he’s seen success with such as more 1-2-1 time and putting technology away to live in the moment.

I've worked with a couple of business coaches in the past. The typical conversation started with identifying a goal, breaking into small steps, and then being accountable for those steps. Basic and can be effective.

WIth my first call with Alex, I knew this was going to be different. We talked about some goals and then he asked me why I thought I wasn't achieving those goals? That question let to a 45 minute discussion about some things I've never even thought of, and I didn't want it to end. Alex has a very warm and welcoming approach but also not afraid to ask the questions that need to be asked and addressed. If you're looking for a new approach and better solutions, I highly recommend giving Alex a call.

I've had personal and professional coaches before and none of them compare to the experience I had with my coaching with Alex. He is professional, intuitive and caring. Part of our time was spent talking about one of my desires, to be a more present mom. I implemented his suggestions and my kids are already responding and telling me that they are glad I am spending more time with them and they are having more fun with me. Alex and I met through one of the men’s retreats that he was a leader/creator for in 2022. Since then he has contributed to my life and helped me grow with his powerful and matter-of-fact style of coaching, and leading by example.

If I didn’t already have a 1:1 coach I would strongly consider having Alex as my coach, and will continue to consider him in the future. Presently, I benefit working with him in a men’s group and retreat setting.
