I enjoyed my stay here and the weight room/gym was better than most Courtyard's I stay in.
The rooms were clean and well insulated from noise. The staff was friendly, especially in the dining area - enjoyed breakfast.
While the location was good, I didn't feel like it was in the city center but close enough and Berlin has many options for ride share including "Free Now".

The Courtyard Berlin City Centre is in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk from the U2 metro line, making it super convenient for getting around the city. The room was spectacular—clean, spacious, and well-maintained. However, the service fell a bit short in some areas. The breakfast selection was quite limited, and the taste was just average.

The biggest issue was the room temperature. It felt like the AC was preset and would automatically shut off after reaching a certain temperature, making the room uncomfortably hot, especially at night. We were woken up multiple times because of this. The staff did try to help by offering us a fan, but unfortunately, it didn’t solve the problem.

Overall, it’s a nice hotel with great rooms and a prime location, but the temperature issue was a real downside to our stay.

I been very pleased wirh this hotel, the rooms are quite nice size, nice decorated and arranged, the hotel is very clean, well mantained and the staff is very friendly.
The minibar is empty, but you can go to the downstairs 24/7 reception shop and get all you need, from snacks to drinks to some gifts.
The hotel has a bit of weird shape, and you might need to walk a bit extra to your room, as it has been built in a triangle shape with a hollow core.
Overall, I recommend it, it is a very comfortable place and the breakfast is delicious. They have a nice variety of foods.

We had a great stay at the Courtyard in Berlin. From the very start, we felt so welcome. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant are simply outstanding.||Our room was clean and spacious and the bed was super comfortable. We walked to Checkpoint Charlie and to Gendarmenmarkt for dinner and for everywhere else we visited there were two U-Bahn stations within easy reach - Spitalmarkt and Stadtmitte. ||I'd definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again if we make it back to Berlin.

Perfect experience. Very nice and professional welcome at the reception. Modern, big, comfortable room. Good breakfast with nice service. And a spacefull safe parking. For me it was a very pleasant stay.

Top class hotel, from the super friendly welcome at check-in, to the useful advice on places to see & the clean, bright & comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly & helpful, especially in the restaurant, where all requests were seen to efficiently. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Checkpoint Charlie & Alexanderplatz & numerous other visitor attractions.

I loved the professional service. The restaurant catered to my daughter’s gluten sensitivity and that too at short notice. |The front desk is great at marking out the places of interest on a map provided by them. The common area is pleasant and the air conditioning welcomingly cool. |There is an atm machine in the lower level - which is very convenient. |Hotel is a few minutes walk away from Checkpoint Charlie.

Spacious rooms, very well maintained facilities, good breakfast.

Maybe I just wasn’t lucky enough, but the staff didn’t impress me with politeness. Especially the waitress in the restaurant during the breakfast was quite rude.
