We had the pleasure of working with Rachael in 2018 when we were on the hunt to purchase a property in Big Bear. I don't even remember how we found her but she and my wife instantly connected. We looked at place after place, made several very good offers in a very competitive market. Although we were pre-approved for our financing, sellers were being finicky about wading through the offers and more cash meant more influence. Rachael provided steady guidance and worked really hard to get us the deal we wanted on a dream property. Her knowledge of the pros and cons of the different neighborhoods in and around the BB Area helped us to see many of the properties that were available at the time. She was able to respond and quickly submit an offer on a property we wanted and later turned it into a counter offer when we purchased the vacant lot next door from the same seller. The deal(s) went through and we have never been happier. We love our cabin (home away from home) and cannot thank Rachael enough for her guidance and advice at the time and several times since. If you're a serious buyer, she will find your property and show you the way to make it happen!
