Sarah was very helpful and kind as well as the whole staff gave me a super chill vibe. I spoke to someone there about computers and gaming , but ultimately bought a charger for my mom’s laptop that we were worried wasn’t taking a charge. I am visiting from la but the staff were knowledgeable excellent, speedy and on point. Also Art was really cool too. 10/10 would go back for any computer issues!

I Called with an emergency (lost quickbooks after new computer frozen) I thought I would be waiting a couple days for help but these guys got me right in, JAmes helped me fix numerous issues with my PC and my quickbooks. He did amazing and was a pleasure to deal with. I am so thankful to have this crew to help me with my rare but very frustrating computer woes. Thanks so much you guys!!! Excellent service. A++++

James is awesome! He installed a new TV cable box and programmed my Nest thermostat/camera and Schlage entrance system for us. He was professional, and I felt comfortable having him in our condo when we couldn't be there. Highly recommend CBT.
