I recently had the pleasure of working with SPEAAR LLC which led a leadership training for my hotel management company. The experience was exceptional! The leader, Kalpesh Shah, had a wealth of knowledge and experience in leadership strategy and organization. He was able to clearly articulate the importance of effective leadership and the positive impact good leadership can have on a business operation.
