took my car to Bella Chevrolet for a wheel alignment, trusting that a dealership would have professionals who know what they’re doing. Unfortunately, I was completely wrong. The technician who worked on my car messed up the alignment so badly that it ruined both my front and rear tires. Now I have to spend around $1,000 on new tires and get the alignment redone somewhere else. What a waste of time and money. I expected better from a dealership—this was a major mistake. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service.

Absolutely an amazing experience getting my new 2025 Chevrolet Equinox EV! From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve had ongoing issues with my car since purchasing it just two months ago. Unfortunately, the dealership has not taken proper responsibility for these problems, nor have they addressed them in a timely or appropriate manner. It took three separate visits for the service department to finally acknowledge and resolve the initial issue I reported — something that should have been handled from the beginning.

Additionally, some of the staff in the service department have been condescending and dismissive in their communication, which only added to the frustration. I’m currently dealing with yet another problem with the car, but I have little confidence in returning to this dealership for help, as I’ve repeatedly felt ignored and gaslit throughout previous service issues and visits.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this dealership.

We were searching for a specific pre-owned Traverse and found one online at Bellavia. I made an appointment with Kevin F for a test drive. It was such a great experience. No hard sell at all. He patiently answered all of our questions and we ultimately decided to buy. Two days later it was detailed and ready for pick up. Paperwork was in order and all went smoothly.
