I was astounded that the horses we worked with could sense what I was suppressing within myself. When I attended this aspect of business coaching, what I did not share that day was I was still recovering from complex PTSD.

I still remember, clearly, being shown my wound in one powerful moment of connection that day with one of the horses. I was a little intimidated (Ok, maybe a lot), and when I surrendered and opened my heart, the response from the horse was instantaneous. It moved toward me, stood to my side, head-to-head, and looked directly into my soul (I don't know how else to put it).

That experience was, and remains, one of my most powerful life experiences that guided me to the light of my healing journey. In a word...profound. And, that experience translated into a powerful upgrade in my ability to help others through my resilience coaching business.

This is a bucket list experience everyone should consider.
