There are a lot of choices in Stockton of where you can go for health and wellness. There are big box gyms, chains and outdoor classes. When you’re trying to decide where to go consider Stronger Fitness on Grand Canal in Stockton. The couple who own the facility Cynthia and her husband care about not just working out, but also integrating avoiding injury, and how to work with your injury to stay healthy. If you are looking for nutrition assistance, how to properly stretch and assisted stretching this is where to go. If you like Bodypump and TRX this is the place. The atmosphere is welcoming and with smaller classes you get the attention and modifications that you need. I have been to several gyms in Stockton and this one is one of the best.
