Not a great experience, they are really hard to reach by phone after they reach out to you, I get the job description with the pay range and told them I will need the higher end of this from the start. I even still have the original job posting I applied to on this job site that show this. I finally got an interview, and they wanted to hire me and then they come back with a lower amount telling me a range 1.00 lower when I have it in writing on the job board website, when I pushed again after being offered, they were unwilling to pay this saying it's only for people that return but it does not say this anywhere. They wasted both my time and their clients time and I feel they misrepresented themselves since I do have it writing from the start from the recruiter. I also had left voicemail, and they said they didn't get those either and the only way I was able to really keep in contact with them was via the job board website messaging. They would not give in either, even though they are the ones that stated this wage. I would not recommend, and I would not work for them since they seem to lack integrity and can't honor what they originally told me and posted as well. If they were a company of integrity, they would honor what they put in writing. They only want to pay what is the minimum wage for fast food restaurants in California and no more. BEWARE!!

I highly recommend Bolt Staffing! Vanessa (no longer with the company) quickly found me a job & Amber made sure I was comfortable with my new position. This staffing agency is spectacular! Maliah knows the information when I have questions & her customer service is on point. & then there's Calvin. He is always smiling whenever I see him. I called on 2/29/2024 inquiring a job position posted on BOLT Staffing I spoke with Stephanie she seems nice I give her my information and she never text me the confirmation I called back 3 hours stating the conversation that a had with Stephanie and got the run around so. Than I was told did I fill out an forms.I received an email stating a lady by the name Christie will contact on 3/22/2024 at 2 P.M. and still no response. It seems this Company may lack some Communication.

Bolt Staffing agency was an amazing experiences to date. Maliah was very helpful and professional. In fact, the staff was the most pleasant I've had in a really long time.

Amber is great at quickly getting us staffed when we are down. She is very personable and makes the process very easy. She stops in occasionally to check on the employees and always visits with myself and the rest of the team here.
