Appointment was at 7 AM, arrived at 10 PM the night before.
Lots of street parking — safe to stay overnight, nobody bothers you.

But here’s the problem:
There’s zero information ahead of time about check-in procedures.
You arrive on a semi, and they expect you to know somehow that you need to walk to the office with your paperwork at 3:30 AM, instead of going through the guard shack.

If you don’t know this — they’ll send you back, waste your time, and act like you’re the idiot.
Security was rude and unhelpful, no signs, no instructions.

Got the dock at 5:30 AM and was out by 7:30 AM — unloading itself was fast.
But that check-in mess and poor communication cost them points.

Absolute nightmare. This place is not on the same page with one another. Very small and unorganized. Please get it together here. RUDE WORKERS and no appreciation for truckers. Hmm 🤔 we were #1 during that Covid pandemic. Now look.

Terrible experience. Checked in at 5 AM for a 6 AM appointment, waited 4 hours for a dock, and then another 6 hours for unloading. Paperwork falsely stated checkout at 11:50 AM instead of the actual 2 PM, and the supervisor refused to correct it. Staff, including security, were rude and unprofessional. Avoid this place if possible.

There's room for improvement! check-in starts at 3am. First, drive your truck in to check in with security. 2nd, they will have you turn around and park on the street and walk to door 19 for a door. It's crazy, but it's a good cardio. OVERNIGHT Street parking available, NO Restroom for truckers. Check-in at 3:30 am for a 5:00 am Apt, out by 8am. Overall, it's not bad. Hopefully, a restroom for truckers, especially if unloading, takes up to 6 - 8 hours on avg💪

Okay just the basics. You will see three pictures on my post one of them outlines the entire block in red because that is how much street parking there is. Do not be apprehensive about showing up early or parking on the street overnight there is tons of parking. I showed up here about 4:30 a.m. and most of it was still completely empty. There are no signs about no parking there are no signs about short-term parking it's just open and ready. The second photo you will see where to turn and where I decided to park after checking in. The third picture you will see the actual entrance with a red arrow. When you get here do not walk anywhere just pull on up into the entrance into security. Yes they will turn you around and put you back on the street but you must show them your truck first. I checked in that security then I checked in at number 19 then I went back to the street. I personally went all the way around the block so I was parked in the correct direction I plan to move at 3 mi an hour so I want to be set up for success. They got my phone number they said they would call me as far as how long it will take I am not hopeful based on other reviews but I personally do not know. My appointment is at 10:30 a.m. and they allowed me to check in at 4:30 a.m. in the long run that might be meaningless but at least now I can go to bed and I know that they will call me. They called me in at 11:00. Tandems back and detach truck. I want to give them an extra star because there's so much space between trucks ❤️. Makes backing super easy.

You can definitely tell this is a union run outfit. They’re rude and lazy. I been in a door since 6am and it’s 1300 and waiting on paperwork. No wonder places that are blackmailed by union leaches and bums have a hard time turning a profit. They should be ashamed of themselves.

First time coming here wasn’t so bad at all in my experience 9:30am appointment check in by 8am got a call around 8:45am for a door and was out by 10:40am. Met two warehouse workers there forgot their names but good guys working hard to try to get the trucks the fastest they can. They were surprised of how many bad reviews the company have but in my experience they are most likely the ones who actually give their best to the company. Can’t remember their names or I’ll give a shout out. Asian guy looking, and the other Hispanic with glasses who eats salads haha
