The property manager at artisan in CHINO works hard to try and eliminate property owners issues. She’s been with us for many years . My review reflects the corporate side and not the community side. Corporate is very limiting in assistance. Appears to not care about the individual communities and only corporate greed ie. HOA transfer fees when an owner is selling their property and transferring to new owners. The process is not only costly. with exorbitant add-on fees costing over $2000 at close of escrow for a process for the seller. The process is long arduous, convoluted and not straightforward at all. How much does it cost to click a few computer keys and pay 💰 Personnel to do the Task? I’ve lived here 18 years and paid my HOA Faithfully. This amount of money and the process to go through in order to get it to escrow is obscene.. The artisan management Corporation should be ashamed of their greed
