I have been working with Navolio & Tallman for ten years in preparing tax returns for a specialized trust. In all of that time I have been tremendously impressed by their knowledge, quick turn around time and professionalism. So I am quite surprised by the negative review which seems to reveal a personal animosity. I began working with John Navolio, Senior Partner and then seamlessly to Celia Lau, CPA and Partner. It has been my pleasure to award my tax preparation to Navolio & Tallman.

The worst professionals I have ever worked with. They charged us approximately $30,000 for a tax filing, were very unresponsive, and at the end tacked on another approximately $15K charge. They refused to file our return until they received the tacked on charge. This was a hostage taking situation. We reluctantly paid and immediately moved to another firm where our taxes are done for approximately $8K per year. John is a small man- in stature, professionalism and character. They did not do the work they claim to do-- such as quarterly or annual check-ins. I hesitate to say they are fraudulent, but they are on that continuum.
