Such a positive experience!!
My husband & I needed to find a new tax person so I started researching companies.
I read many reviews & Gabby was my choice.
Every review for her was 5 stars & the comments were great, so we made an appointment.
Gabby was accommodating, professional, so very nice!!!
My husband & I were very impressed by her.
She gave us information on other services as well & her fee was amazing.

I meet Gabby when I asked her for a second opinion of my 2016 tax return, she explained to me all of the mistakes that were made on my return and those mistakes cost me a lot of money since several deductions were not included. Now I refer ALL of my clients to Zen Tax. Gabby speaks Spanish and she is great at what she does

Reached out to have a living trust made. Drove out to fill out paperwork and provide information in May 2021. She stated it would take a few weeks to complete. Followed-up after a few weeks and she stated she got sick so it wasn't complete yet. We were understanding and just simply asked how much longer it would take via e-mail and she never responded. It is now September 2021. We had tried calling various times and the voice mail box is full. She didn't even bother to follow-up. Waste of our time and unprofessional. Now she has all of our personal information for nothing.
