Ashley was a great coach for me and I can not recommend her enough.
She helped me on so many different levels when I was struggling and didn't even know that I was struggling with so much. She opened my eyes to make me realize how easy things could be if I opened my mind to different concepts.
She helped me through the sudden sickness and death of my father, the expansion of the business my husband and I own, my weight loss journey.
She is down to earth and has a way of speaking that doesn't make you feel belittled like so many others can. She doesn't shield you from the truth but makes you be the one to say it even if it hurts a little. I learned so much in my year and a half with her and I'm so thankful that I did it.
