The property is SUPER nice and the absolute best value for the money! Management and staff are fantastic and of the utmost professionalism; I feel like family here. I love living in this community, and I plan on staying for many leases to come. Also, I hear the upcoming courtesy officer is amazing at what he does so there will never be a concern for safety. If you are thinking about living here, DO IT! You will not find a better property in Little Rock than right here at Landmark Apartments.

I enjoy living here! It’s overall peaceful and a well-kept community for me and my pup to live. Coach Coggins (custodial) does an amazing job keeping everything looking nice and has such a positive demeanor. I can tell that it’s important to him to do the best work possible. Also, every time I’ve put in formal maintenance request on the portal, the maintenance team has responded in a timely manner and are always friendly and professional. No apartment complex is perfect but overall I think the staff really tries to make it a nice, welcoming place!!

I’ve been here a while and enjoy the property for the most part. I want to say that the guy who cleans the clubhouse…I believe he goes by Coach Ken…IMMACULATE CLEANING! The clubhouse has NEVER looked and smelled so good! Outstanding, literally ! He deserves his flowers!

I lived here for a year, but I wanted out after just 30 days. It felt like trying to mix oil and water—no matter how good it looks at first, it just doesn’t work. The apartment itself seems great at first, but after settling in for a week, I realized I’d made a mistake. There’s no soundproofing whatsoever. I could hear footsteps from the third floor, even though I lived on the first. The gate to get in and out of the complex was constantly broken, and when they finally replaced the keys, they charged everyone $75 for a new one.

The management recently changed, and I had high hopes, but unfortunately, things only got worse with more issues coming from upper management. The staff is rude, and no one seems to ever be having a good day. The only positive aspect was the trash service, which picked up trash from your door, and the workers there were really friendly.

My advice? Find somewhere better and save yourself the headache.

They've changed management so much, each one is worse than the last. The noise intrusion is just abysmal, and it is my belief that the office staff are just plain lazy. I complained about noise intrusion in my unit, namely children screaming, running, jumping, stomping, etc, for an ENTIRE YEAR. They did nothing to fix the situation, and will lie straight to your face to make you go away.

They also will not take care of the most basic requests. I had a package delivered after I moved, unintentionally, and they won't even contact the new tenant to get that package back. A most basic sign of respect and care, and they refused to so much as kindly ask the new tenant. They are entirely to comfortable offering subpar service, and subpar apartment living.

Looking for comparable options? LITERALLY ANYTHING! Residences at Harbor Town, Bowman Pointe, The Vue, any of the Fitzroys, all better than this property.
