I’ve traveled with many bus drivers, and Chad Shaub is outstanding in several ways: ensuring the last step on the bus is next to the curb, assist those who have mobility issues in boarding and off boarding the coach, friendly, professional, patient and excellent customer service skills. He is an absolute gem to your company with superb driving skills.
We traveled to all the monuments in Washington DC, Smithsonian Museums), Front Royal, Greenbrier Resort, Monticello, Mount Vernon and the USMC War Memorial.

Dee was amazing!! Came on a trip with Lassen College (from a tiny town in Northern California) to tour DC. Absolutely amazing! She was so fun to be around and the next time I come back I would book her! She was a very safe driver and knew a lot about the area. 10/10 recommend Dee as your driver

Our driver, Dee was very professional and pleasant during our tour. She stepped in when the assigned bus driver was unable to do it. We would definitely feel like we were in good hands if we did another tour with her.

Dee was not only an incredibly safe driver but she got us to and from destinations on time with ease. She made the trip more enjoyable with her banter and jokes. We toured DC with Dee O’Conner and she was a gem!! How that little thing could handle that big beast was just amazing!!! She always had a smile and kind word and always had our little step stool out and a helping hand getting us old farts on and off the bus!! She was a rock star!!!
