A new location as of April 2024, but was easy to find. I signed up ahead of time, but it didn't seem to matter too much because I had to sign in anyways when I got there. I was there about ten minutes total for fingerprints, and the woman working there was very efficient. I'll go back again if I have reason to have another background check.

Walked in without an appointment due to our error booking at wrong location but Jo graciously took us in 20 minutes before they closed. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Hope she’s there the next time we need fingerprints and background check!!

The lady who works in the enrollment office at this location (NLR) explicitly and implicitly privileges whiteness and discriminates against non-white. For people of color may want to consider an alternative location for services.

Poor communication at front desk. Was met with abrupt responses, but once my appointment was verified, the process was quick. Did not ask to see my id for fingerprints. I asked if they needed to see it as I was leaving and showed it to the lady who printed me. She didn’t seem to think it was a big deal. But seems pretty important to verify id on someone you’re fingerprinting?
