I had a new shingle roof installed, and the job was so bad that the roc had to come out three times. Unfortunately, during the third time, it was past the two year mark, so nothing could be done. There were supports not installed, and boards put in backwards as well as shingles overlapped over old material. It was a nightmare getting the rood done. I now have a sagging roof on the back of my house and need to pay out thousands to get it done. Never again will I use this company nor would I recommend them. They also flaked out multiple times on coming to finish the roof. More than once they were short staffed because their "crew" didn't want to go cross the border patrol check point. Worst experience ever and an 11k job prob worth no more than 8k.

I gave them 5 stars because they deserved them. Also Cesar and Abraham are the best.Cesar is so nice and outgoing and understands ,he will answer any questions you have. The quality of work penmanship was awesome!! They also had to remove are solar first before they started and did a good job putting it back up. I would strongly recommend this company to my neighbors!!! 5 STARS!!!

Strategy Builders is a great choice for any contracting needs. Their response time is quick and they are at the customers house in less then 48 hrs for a proposal and at times, they are out same day. They are our go to for roof inspections because of the professionalism, the great prices they have, and most importantly their honesty. Showing they are truly there for the customers and anyway they can help them. Highly recommend them for all your home needs, you will not be disappointed.

Just want to give a shout out to Scott and his team at Strategy Builders. My roof sustained extensive wind damage during a summer storm. Scott was able to work with me and my insurance company to get me a new roof installed quickly before any potential new storms rolled in. The part that impressed me the most was how willing Scott was to go the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the workmanship. The roof was looking pretty devastated when we started, but at the end it was looking 100% again. Thank you folks, I really appreciate it.

Had two projects done during the summer and was satisfied with the work. Asked them to do two more projects and didn’t show up or try to reschedule. Said he was in a meeting and would call me back but never did. Haven’t been able to contact them in two weeks. Very disappointing.
