I have both personal and professional experiences with Haley Deegan at Placitas Senior Advisers. When we (my husband and I)needed to find placement for his older friend in January/Febr 2024, we were given Haley’s phone number for assistance. The placement was complicated by the problem that we were working on an ALTCS application for our friend so he could be covered for long term care. We were too old to think about taking care of him by ourselves but we were planning on it. But Haley found a nice place that would take his monthly social security check until he qualified for ALTCS. And found it within a day of our phone call to her! It seemed miraculous to us! Our friend is safe, secure and well taken care of.

Recently, working in Case Management as I do, we had a patient who was basically in the same situation as the above. Needed placement, not safe alone at home, and had family out of state working on an ALTCS
application. I still had Haley’s phone number and shot her a text asking if she was still available for a consult, she was! We gave the family member her number and by the next day the patient had an Assisted Living facility committed to placing the patient with them. Haley takes care of everything

After my experiences with Haley, I give her the highest rating possible! She is friendly and kind but knowledgeable and experienced at her job. My colleagues at work were so impressed by her, I made some serious brownie points! We all have her number now, and will continue to call her when we have a need for her expertise
