From the very beginning when I signed my first lease with Continental Reality everything went very smoothly due to their great staff. They are very friendly, professional and helpful. I'm getting ready to go into my third year with them and any problems that arise like with heating or plumbing, stuff like that. I call and they are right on it. They have made my renting experience very easy. I have heard horror stories of some renters landlords. Lol. But it does help to be a good tenant. I would recommend them to anyone based on my experience with them. Thank you ladies for always being so kind and helpful when I call.

Hands down the best realty company ever. My husband and I rent one of their units and it has been a very good experience so far. Management is friendly and helpful, Shana at the front desk is truly an angel and the maintenance team does a great job with getting everything done. Thier lease terms are very good, and I highly recommend trying them out.

We dealt with this company for the past year and they’re not your typical company this is a “FAMILY” in every sense of the word! Due to job change location is the only reason we are no longer a tenant.

Unfortunately Continental Realty Management, Inc. doesn't communicate well if at all. A rental property sat vacant for 6 months, with little to no communication, unless the owner called to check the status first. If a company brags about having more than 600 properties managed, chance are yours will not be one of them. Beware!

My boyfriend and I have lived in one of their properties for over a year and loved it!! Only reason we left was because we decided to purchase a home. Continental is the best company I’ve ever rented from! They are genuine, kind and are always eager to help! I’ve had many little issues arise at the property and the maintenance man is the best and always came to help as fast as he could! Even my dog loves him! If you want a easy and non crooked rental agency continental is the way to go!!

I currently rent from this company and they are pretty good. Maintenance requests are worked at a decent time, management is easy to deal with, and Shanna is always helpful…. Hopefully you rent from this company!
