Jacob and January are in my opinion two of the most honest caring people I've ever had dealings with. They were very responsive for me and made me feel as if I was the most important person in the county at the time I was there and even afterwards. I highly recommend Jacob Millican to anyone needing a attorney hands down excellent people and the staff is great as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Doesn't even deserve 1 star in my opinion. His office staff scheduled an appointment for me and he was scheduled for a court hearing 15 minutes after my appointment. No one called to reschedule. He didn't ask me to reschedule. Literally spent about 10 minutes talking with him in which he gave me incorrect information. Still had to pay the $50 consultation "fee", which I do not feel I should have paid for 10 minutes. Hope you enjoy that little drop in your huge bucket. Integrity counts for nothing these days.

He certainly doesnt want to work for those he has been appointed guardian over. I called him a week ago about a deceased where he had been appointed temporary guardian and he has yet to respond to my request for a call back.

Alabama Funeral Services Statues, Code of Alabama 1975, Title 34 Chapter 13, Section 34-13-11 (9) "The guardian of the decedent at the time of death of the decedent, if a guardian has been appointed;" clearly gives you the the jurisdiction to act as the authorizing agent
