Definitely a 10/10. The guy I talked to was named Nick and showed amazing patience and guidance. He told me everything I needed to know about each job and answered each question I had to ask without me having to ask.

One of the employees lied on me and management went along with her because she didn't do what she said she was go to do for me. When management lies and go along with the employees for their wrong doing it's sad because what was said I did didn't happen I've worked for this company many of times and never had a problem and why would you hire a person if they were a problem.

Yes don't go there if you are trying to find a job because they don't do a very good job at it I. Really don't see how they have jobs so don't put your trust in them especially if the a family 👎👎

Tasha is the absolute best! She is so kind and caring when it comes to her clients. Something came up and I wasn’t able to start this week as planned due to a babysitter issue. Tasha went above and beyond to make sure I kept the position and was able to start next week! Tasha has completely turned Elwood in Gadsden around for the best!!!

It was a nice atmosphere and the young man at the front was very helpful, the young lady was to , very different from when I was in there some years back though, was having a rough day and I thought the two young ladies that were there were giggling at me but I was just having a bad day because I didn't know either one of them and after she called me back to her desk for and interview she was very helpful in trying to help me find something around the Gadsden area. Thank you for being nice. And even after I left and called her back to let her know another job had came through she was still nice thank you Ms. Knight

I don't know how this place has 4 stars... and these reviews at the top they must of paid them good money to talk about this place. Because there jobs are great but there is one lady in particular that talks to you as if you are a child with no sense she belittles you, You call and she always seems quick to be the first to answer the phone. The rest there are not so bad but that one woman needs to find her a another job for she catches the wrong person one day she is rude and disrespectful.when you come there to get help and a job.

Owner- still doesnt change my review or experience thanks for trying to make up your company mistakenly wrong. It isnt on the recruiter she is great it is on the company not being on the same page as their recruiters.I supposingly got a job with a company through elwood staffing at least $3 hr less than i would have if i wouldve just went directly to the company and applied myself but i was informed by elwood to report to the job location to start work at 6am (which also is the wrong shift i was told i would have anyways) and got to the company and they had no idea that i was coming and was told that i couldnt work today because i still needed to do orientation. Elwood is unprofessional, neglegent, and doesnt have their stuff together. You are much better off going directly to the company you want to apply for and apply with them. At least you will know if you have the job or not and what day you actually have to be at work to start work and get at least $3 more an hour. Do not come to elwood staffing. If you have to use a staffing agency i highly recommend to use a different staffing agency.
