Desiree was great. My Uncle passed away and no will, no trust. She was very patient with me and always explained any questions while going through probate. Whatever you do, learn from this long process and get a trust done!! It's not easy dividing assets from family.

They were amazing! I had called several offices in Yuba City with not one of them wanting to set up a consultation with us. When I called Desiree Vance & Associates I was greeted by a very sweet and helpful receptionists who was more than willing to help unlike the other offices I had called. Our consultation was with Jordea Erismann and I could not have been more happy. She was so incredibly helpful and made us feel at ease with the decision we were contemplating before talking with her. I can't say enough good about this office. I live out of state and my housebound father needed help setting up a Trust. Alysa, the Office Manager, asked questions so that she understood the situation. Desiree went to my dad's house when it was time to meet. She had someone do the pick-up and drop off of paperwork.
