Absolutely archaic payment system. This system needs to be updated with safeties in place for your customers. Communication can drastically be improved as well.

UPDATE since I cant reply to your response: No, they are absolutely not best in class, and very far from it. A best in class service will notify you via email or text if your HOA payment has not been processed. Credit cards get canceled, people go on vacation, and life happens. Instead, Albert management will send you exorbitant late fees for their customer with multiple homes and perfect track records.

Every year I walk into your office and ask my HOA manager what my dues are for the entire year. I then submit a check for that amount to Albert Management. Last year, my HOA manager GAVE ME THE WRONG AMOUNT and I was in Europe for a couple months when my prepaid dues ran out. I was never notified, and instead I was charged $200 for 1 late fee, for a problem that originated with YOUR company's short comings. I emailed my HOA manager trying to resolve this issue and never even received a reply!

Fast forward a year: I purchase another home in the same neighborhood under Albert Management, and I never even received even 1 bill for an HOA due. Instead I receive another $200 late fee for unpaid HOA dues. I did not receive 1 email, 1 text notification, or even 1 letter stating my dues have not been submitted. Again, life gets busy, cards get canceled, people go on vacation, or things get overlooked sometimes. Lo and below, somehow the late fee found my address but the monthly HOA bills couldn't?

Aside from your Ancient payment system, Albert management is a company that scams its long standing customers and doesn't stand behind its work, or lack there of.

Lori Albert - since I cannot reply to you in google and you did not bother to reach out to me to see if there was anyway to correct the issue here is my call log showing 20 attempted calls today and my email log with “Joe” showing how he did not reply to me, and still has not replied to me. In the future you should pick up the phone and reach out to people who have a concern with your business not make weak excuses.

Strike 2 for this management company. My HOA rep does not work on Friday. How nice! Given to another rep. who of course does not answer the phone and of course sent an email and received no response.
Had a HOA issue related to construction. Asked for some assistance was sent a page from the CCR's. Asked for clarification of the information in the CCR's. Never heard back from anyone at Albert. Not very professional. Like most management firms their only interest is to make sure you pay your HOA fees.

Terrible. Absolutely no customer service. Jenny, manager, at Palm Desert, provided no help at all. I had an HOA issue and I tried to get a hold of her several times and she completely ignored me. Once I got her on the phone via her employee she had the audacity to hang up on us?! Unprofessional.

I rarely write reviews, however, had to find the time to express my gratitude and appreciation for Meridith from Albert Management at Citrus. My husband and I purchased a home in Citrus about a year ago. The house needed a complete face lift. Having lived in several different HOA communities in the past 20 years, I knew the first thing I needed to do was read the CCR’s, and contact the management company/HOA office. I hoped that whomever I spoke to would be fair, courteous, and professional. Meridith did not disappoint us. She made sure we were well informed of all the HOA rules prior to working on the house. Meridith is always friendly, easy to talk to, and professional. We kept her informed of all our work progress and changes, and she courteously made sure everything we were doing was within the HOA rules. Meridith was knowledgeable and quick to respond to our many questions.
We’re almost done remodeling, and I must say that Meridith made our remodeling experience as fun as she could. Meridith is simply an exceptional employee with integrity, and loyalty to both the HOA and its homeowners. We love working with her.
