We Received Exceptional service from the Moment we arrived. It was our first time here and Most Definitely will be returning as Marcos had a Great personality and was very Knowledgeable as we Had Stocks and real estate tax forms. This place is really great, my parents have been doing their taxes there for a really long time, Rafaela and her son's are super nice and always friendly to my dad and I, Marcos started doing my taxes with me a few years back, He's the best, super professional and really takes his time to make sure I have all my documents in order. I have been coming to electronic rapid tax services for a little over 7years now. I have never had a problem with anyone here. I love how they’re family oriented as well as a family business. Rafaela has always been a huge help. As well as her boys. I am always well informed of every step. They have always gone above and beyond for their customers. When they make mistakes they own up to them and are always quick to help resolve them. Their pricing for there services in my opinion are some of the best. There is nothing negative I say about them. I will continue to come here for any service I need. Coming here is like having family help you.

Small family run business and they are great at what they do! Last year we got our taxes done with Richard and this year with his brother Julian.
