My 2015 MacBook Air had a swollen battery that needed to be replaced. Maia at WesTech was able to place the order for a new battery the next morning, and it was installed by the end of the day.

I was very impressed by WesTech’s efficiency and their friendly customer service. WesTech is definitely on my speed dial whenever my MacBook needs service. Thanks again!

Austin helped me on the phone and told me to bring my PC over. I needed to upgrade the CPU and motherboard and wasn't quite up to the task solo. Victor helped me at the shop, installed the CPU, Motherboard and cooler, as well as installing Windows 11. He also set up a dual boot, so I can log into Windows 10 if I need to.

Everyone there was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.... I never doubted they'd get it done, and they did. Fast turnaround and best of all, when I plugged everything in, it all worked!

I went to WesTech for a hard drive installation. Victor was very knowledgeable and professional. The price was more than other quotes I got, but the turnaround time he gave me was best.

The computer was done the following morning and helped me with the install of some fussy drivers at no additional cost.

I definitely will go back to WesTech again for any computer needs.

Thank you Victor for taking care of my HP Laptop issue so quickly and confidently. You knew exactly what the issue was within 5 seconds looking at it on start up. New Hard Drive - mine was only 4 years old but it was soooooo slow that I just didn't want to even use it anymore. Boom, new Solid State HD and it worked amazingly fast after that...now I use it again and am so thankful for how quick you guys handled my issue. Will absolutely go to you anytime I have an issue again.

Victor did an AWESOME job of updating me to Windows 10 while painstakingly keeping everything just as I asked on my computer, along with making it dual bootable. I had a lot of requests and Victor exceeded my expectations! I can't wait to do return business (I have two more pc projects) and recommend him highly. Everyone there was professional, pleasant and patient!

Brought my 5 year old laptop in because it had a fan issue they fixed that and some other issues with my laptop. Now it works better than ever. Will definitely coming back if I have any other issues!
