If you’re going to let teenagers run your store you should probably teach them a thing or two about customer service and they should probably know the return policy. Trying to issue a gift card instead of original payment method like the website indicates. Will not be shopping here again.

I ordered my dress online and had to exchange to a different size. The owner Amber was so helpful with my exchange. It’s always difficult to purchase clothes online because of the sizes but Amber helped me resolve my problem and everything went smoothly. The perks of supporting small businesses is excellent customer service. I will order from her shop again in the future. I highly recommend this place.

I am very disappointed in my experience. I ordered a March VIP box for my sister's birthday and had it shipped to her (who lives out of town). When she received the box one item was personalized with my name instead of hers. I spoke with someone multiple times at SDC and was assured that a new item with her name would be shipped to her free of charge. As of July, my sister has never received her item. I am very disappointed and will not shop there again.

I love Amber's store so much!! Her selection is fabulous and the prices are great for such beautiful items! One of my favorite places to go when I need a special gift, or simply wish to treat myself!!

Love SD! We are lucky to have this boutique in Roxboro! Always greeted with a smile from the ladies there. I can always find the perfect gift for someone else or myself! 🙂

Lots of classy gifts for ladies. Monograms for an additional fee. Nice variety including blouses, jewelry, scarves, and the raincoat that's popular in our town. Staff is super nice and helpful.

Specialty Design is an awesome small town store with all kinds of great gifts. They can monogram almost anything. They have everything from shoes to conceal and carry gun pocket books.
