I would NOT recommend this location. The lady who did my taxes here ended up making a mistake with the data entry and now the IRS is saying I OWE them over 2 grand. Plus they charged me over 500 dollars. There is a tax place way better in Lumberton and they only charge 65 bucks. Never had any issues with them. The women here are rude and incompetent, but hey anything to take your money. The greed of it all. God sees all though so no worries.
I wish I could give this ZERO stars! This business don’t even deserve a HALF of a star. E for Effort though!!

The fact that you responded to a review as if a customer was lying about receiving tax help from your establishment proves how unprofessional your business truly is. I'm sure the customer has proof & paperwork with your business letterhead on it. Do better with your treatment of customers that you take money from.

Ms. Fran and her staff have been doing my taxes for several years and always have been outstanding. Very friendly and ver knowledgeable! 10/10 would recommend.

My trust is gone. Lies and deceit on the tax preparer. I trusted them and I feel terrible because due to negligence and not keeping up with tax laws I and many of my co-workers are stuck paying hefty fines. I normally trust people to do the right thing. But unfortunately not anymore.
