Lee Mills cannot be trusted. On 2 separate occasions I trusted him to 1. Send state paper work that I no longer had the car and insurance was cancelled..not lapsed like the state thought..which I got stuck having to pay a fine..also 2. When I moved out of state to Va. I cancelled NC policy and started Va policy. He said he would cancel NC policy and I would be getting a refund. Today I get bills for "both" policies.. It was never cancelled. If I hadn't of caught it.. It would have lapsed in the system ..and you know what that would of done. Thank goodness I'm done with Lee Mills. All he does is sit behind his desk and throw meaningless words around and acts like he's some bigshot!!!

Worst customer service EVER...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Never follow up on anything I ask them about. Never return phone calls. I always had to call the 800 number for progressive insurance to get anything done. There office is always closed. They are more worried about how they look or buying more decorations for the office than they are dealing with customers. I would change insurance companies before using them again.

Because the app has not been updated on the new office hours I wasted my time and my gas to come here today and find a sign on the door that says new office hours closed on Monday

My insurance went up for no reason and the lady said she didn't have time to fax a paper to the DMV for me after I paid them the guy is nice the lady is lazy!
