Amy and Kari are phenomenal. I sought dB Coaching when I didn't really know what to do next with my career, and really, my life. What I knew: I felt stuck, I wasn't happy, I wanted a change, and I didn't feel like myself. What I didn't know: what to do, how to do it, and where to find "me" again. I felt like I was in the passenger seat of my life...and I was in therapy! Kari partnered with me to help me get back in the driver's seat. Kari listened, guided, and truly coached me. She introduced me to a variety of tools and skills to practice that helped me navigate indecisiveness, big feelings, really difficult conversations, and negotiation. I have known Kari for a long time and reached out to her when I was considering coaching again. I was able to share experiences with her that were unique to previous coaching relationships as she, too, is an audiologist. It is very enjoyable working with a coach that understands my profession because there is then so much that does not have to be explained. This allowed me to progress further quicker.
