We used this Bus company in October 2024, the best trip ever, best customer service from Ines and the very Best Bus Driver, Anatoliy, better known as Tony. So very accommodating, helpful but mostly very caring. We have used Tony for 3 of our past trips, usually ranging from 7-10 days. It doesn’t get any better having Tony as your driver.

Can’t rate our experience with Best Trails high enough, everything about it from the initial contact to the financial transaction to our day of event, and all of the communication in between, was handled with such ease and professionalism, across every level from booking to dispatch to driver. Highly recommend them if you’re in the need of large scale transportation.

Our nonprofit used Best Trails & Travel to take a group of HS students from the city to upstate NY, and we were incredibly happy and satisfied with the ride, the cleanliness and comfort of the bus, the route taken, and the courtesy, professionalism, and driving skills of our driver Daniel. We were in excellent hands and would recommend this company to all. We will certainly without a doubt use them again.

Let me just say my experience was great. We used the bus and on Christmas Eve. My family loved the bus it was clean and spacious. Prudie was wonderful with booking and kept me informed every step of the way. What made the experience go from good to great was the driver TOBY was absolutely amazing. He made us feel like he was part of the family very friendly, accommodating and he drove safe and still got us there fast. Thank you 😊

I've used Best Trails and Travel to Travel to Washington DC, Boston, Upstate Binghamton and Ithaca. The drivers are good and punctual. The buses that I been are 2020 and newer. The company has top of the line buses. I'm a big fan of Prevost Coach buses. Best Trails and Travel was under the network of Ourbus. Com. I rode Best Trails and Travel as a civilian through the Ourbus. Com Website
