Horrific PA in the office- treats people like criminals!! Talks down to patients!! Never have I ever been treated or talk down to like that from ANY professional in Any office!!
Doctor was wonderful- stay with the Doctor- not the horrible PA- receptionist are wonderful too! People say Nee Yorkers are mean hahaha go to this place if want mean and disrespectful!!!

These are the rudest physicians I have ever dealt with. I wish Google would allow zero Stars. They got one just because it was the last option. The nicest person in the entire building is the receptionist. My husband has diabetic neuropathy combined with lymphedema in both legs. They told him they wanted him in some pain. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I have encouraged our primary to never refer anyone to this office.

I was in severe back pain . My doctor sent me there. Dr. Doer and all the associates have been not only kind but considerate of my circumstances. They have alleviated a great deal of my pain. I don’t know why anyone would leave a less than positive comment about any of them. Thank you ECPC

I found ECPC to be clean and well staffed with courteous, friendly team members. They were timely with appointments and answered all questions I had. Dr. Carter was attentive and reassuring throughout my appointments and injection procedure. I would recommend this clinic.

I see why they have such bad reviews now. I guess I should have checked it before I let my doctor make me an appointment here. In my opinion and in my experience, I found them to be rude and condescending. I arrived for my appointment 20 minutes early. It was told I needed to be there at least 1 hour early. If they wanted me there at a different time than the appointment time then that's the time they should have made the appointment for. I've never heard of a doctor's office asking for you to be there 1 hour early for paperwork. The doctor that referred me to them had me arrive 10 minutes early for paperwork and the pain specialist I decided to go to instead of this place made an appointment with me and ask me to arrive, wait for it, 15 minutes early: Just like I arrived at this place. Actually I arrived here about 20 minutes early.
So if I were you I would take the review seriously but that's just my opinion and my experience

I do not like writing negative reviews, but occasionally, I make an exception. I was very impressed at my initial visit; however, this impression did not last beyond the initial visit. The physician I saw was cold and uncaring; I have seen my share of physicians, but nothing like this physician's attitude. I soon discovered that this is a practice which does not, evidently, believe in patient advocacy, when their treatment plan was rejected by my insurance plan and they refused to make a phone call to the insurance company. I have never had a physician so unconcerned with patient care. Meanwhile, I had to make an appointment every two weeks to be drug tested like a felon. Of course, this cost 100.00 a month for nothing. Partially my fault here, I did not read their draconian agreement with enough attention
I failed (oh, the shame of it!) to bring my empty bottle for a "pill count," and was dropped by the practice. How does one count zero pills? I had already notified them that I would not be continuing with their practice.
Obviously, this practice was a bad fit fo me; other people who are better with stupid rules than I am might do very well.

The way they treat my mom at this place is ridiculous lucky they get 1 star and that's only because I wanted to leave a review they deserve 0 stars. The lady dr is very rude doesn't care about her Pts. And it's her way or no way she doesn't give 2 poops what kind of pain your in. They wanted another mri for what there's already one on file. Anyways then it goes into urinanialys tests then bring pill bottle to count pills and accuse you of missing pills and not wanting to fill the script. Now they are acting like my mom sells her pills or is an addict which I know for a fact those are untrue. So now it's let's put you on pain patches that have worse side effects than the pill. When stated you do not trust or want these patches it's either do the patches or do without. I will take legal action against this place if something happens to my mother or if this horrible treatment continues. Stay away from this place. RUN while you can.

I have a big issue with this clinic. My husband has gone to them on his first appointment, we were satisfied with what the doctor on call had done to help him. But then he goes back for his second appointment and he saw the nurse practitioner and she says the was going to put him on this new drug and see if it will help. Well come to find out insurance had to have an authorization. So we called them back to let them know and they said the would work on it. 1 week goes by and no call or even a call back from them. Then they said they wanted to get an mRI. So he went for that. He called them back after the MRI to ask what about the medication because he’s in so much pain. They said they were trying to get him on another medication. Come to find out insurance won’t pay for it and because it new Good Rex don’t even have it. So we called them back several days and still no answer back. Then out of the blue they called and asked him if he is coming to his appointment. He told them that why are we going to pay for another visit for nothing. They haven’t helped him or done anything. Their response was “well we need to go over the result of your MRI” Well we already called his Primary Doctor about the situation and she went over the results with us. And yes his back is getting worse. The lady on the phone responded “ I will the doctor call you”And to this day still no call. This was 2 weeks ago. I am not happy with this clinic. The one Wilson is better.
