Markham, Mitchell & Stroud came highly recommended to me from several sources. I know NOTHING about accounting and have to trust that whoever I deal with is treating me fairly. In the 2+ years I've been doing business with Steve Mitchell, he has always explained tax law and my returns to me in a way that is easy to understand and always answers my calls promptly, even during the chaos of tax season. (And he never makes me feel stupid for asking what I'm sure are dumb questions!)

Steve has handled my personal tax returns as well as those for my late father's estate and my mother's trust. On one occasion when he wasn't quite clear about a detail regarding the estate and the trust, his partner Rex Markham consulted with the two of us and advised the best action to take.

I feel totally comfortable with Markham, Mitchell & Stroud and believe their pricing is more than fair.

This facility didn't provide me excellent service. They didn't get me a dime just me owing my entire $30,000 taxes and only getting $800 which $739 goes to the state. Wow making 6 figure salary and not having taxes explained to you but charging $300 is really swell. If you want to get ripped off come get your taxes done here and treated like garbage. Especially, if you're a minority beware!
