I recommend LeKisha Stevenson as she was an excellent realtor. As a first time home-buyer, she made the process extremely easy. She was helpful and always pleasant, answering the many questions i sent to her. She responded to my questions promptly and was extremely understanding. Emphasis on helpful! I have had the pleasure of working with Le'Kisha and her team for almost a year on the property management side of things. I started with one investment property and Le'Kisha helped me purchase a second one. Everyone on the Metric Realty team is very professional, responsive, and highly skilled. I have not had any issues. They find high quality tenants and keep the properties very well maintained. She helped me complete an extensive renovation of one property, while I was several states away, and it came in under budget AND ahead of schedule. As an out of state investor, having a team like this is essential. Cant recommend highly enough!

Metric Realty Company managed my rental property in Charlotte and they just sold it for me. I could not be happier with them. The previous property management company that I worked with was terrible - they overcharged me for services, were unresponsive and basically did nothing. I live in Colorado, so I can't see what's going on with my property unless I jump on a plane. I was so relieved when I found Metric. They kept me informed and I could always get a hold of someone there to answer any questions. Their monthly statements were easy to understand and posted within a reasonable amount of time. They managed any contractors that were necessary. The sale of my property went smoothly and I received an offer over the listing price. Le'Kisha Stevenson, Phyllis Locklear, Shanita James and Justen Stevenson were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them.

Metric Realty Company and Lekisha Stevenson were awesome! I don't currently live in NC, so when my tenants moved out of my investment property in Indian Trail before the end of their lease, I decided it was time for me to sell. I called Lekisha and asked her to help me to get it ready to sell and to list the property for me. She hired the vendors and met with them and listed and sold my house without me having to travel to NC. She was very attentive and everything was done professionally and without any stress.
