I won a few items from a local auction house which is Lilly’s Auction & Gallery! 3 items exactly! A air rifle a 24×36 picture framed and a sports jersey with in total my items wasn't but $65! This being said I've bought from other auctions and instead of having to do 2 separate transactions I ask for shipping fees to be added so that I could pay for it all at once! Well for someone I'm told by the auction house that it can't be done like that and yes it's stated in the terms of the auction which is correct! Which is N.C. Hibid website each state has one and all the contracts always say that but I've never not been able to pay for both at once if I ask! That being said I paid for the 3 items and then get the invoice for shipping and it's $165 just for shipping through Cissy's which is an official UPS blah blah blah! So I email Cissy's asking is this the best rate that I can get and ask why it's so much! Never heard back from Cissy's! The auction house charged $15 into shipping for having the take the items from the auction house to Cissy's! So Cissy's total amount $150 and all the invoice says is materials, shipping and insurance! I'll post pictures when done but it's as if they looked for the biggest box they could find to ship the items in and on top of that it was an reused Amazon Prime box! I've got an UPS account so once I received the package I could get exact dimensions of the box and weight! So I put everything in as if I was shipping the exact box and weight from my address to Cissy's and I was quoted right at $75 which sounds a lot more like it! The items had bubble wrap on them and then filled the oversized box with paper for cushioning! I really had no choice but to either throw away the $65 that I had already paid for and the auction house would have loved that or pay the totally outrageous price! Sounds as if there's something going on between the 2 business! Hell that's a monopoly in all actuality! So not just no but HELL NAW I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND USING THIS SHIPPING BUSINESS! Oh and I had to give atleast a one star to post a review or I was trying to give this business ZERO STARS! Thanks for the life lesson learned! I understand that businesses have to make money but this is just highway robbery and remember greed is one of the seven greatest sins and you can't take it with you when you go anywhere! I know that you'll remember me once you read this review but my butt still hurts from being screwed so badly!

Cissy is AMAZING!! She is knowledgeable about all things shipping and took extra time with me when she did not have to. She helped connect me with the company so that my labels could be fixed. Her customer service is amazing and her sweet pup greets you at the door with wonderful love! I recommend coming out here wholeheartedly. I came from Charlotte to Indian Trail because she's that good!

What a really nice experience. I won a WWII medal from the local auction house. The initial charge was little higher than I thought. I called Cissy (the owner) she adjusted the shipping costs to suit my needs and the needs of the auction house. She was pleasant, accommodating and when the package arrived it was so thoughtfully packaged. Can't ask for anything more! Thank you would love to deal with Cissy again in the future.
