This is the worst place ever to finance a car with. 1st off let me say, I never got a contract, I have requested one many many times and yet none. The office loves to quote the contract but when I ask can I have my contract, her response is we have to contact Ride Now which never can get from them either. When we got our SUV Ride Now gave me a brown envelope, Which I did not think to look inside and check to make sure what was in it but a year later I checked and it was just a paper with how they do payments and now we cant even get our contract at all. Then lets discuss the rudeness they the office has. That Bridget Linn is the most unprofessional, rudest person ever. I don't know how she got a job like she did, maybe Credit Financial wanted some one like her. I do have to say there is one women in there who is super nice. Not sure how she got to this awful place and I don't remember her name but good luck to her. I would never recommend this place to any one. As for the comments that talking about just pay your bill and insurance, either your not real people, or you work there, but I pay and every chance they get, they try to come get my car. They prey on people with bad credit bc they know they have no where else to go. I don't know who would go to Ride Now or go through this company if their credit was good.

I have no complaints with credit financial group. I got my vechile through ride now motors. They are understanding with my payment if I’m late and never had issues with my insurance. I definitely recommend!! Not sure why there so many negative reviews. Communication is key!! Life happens and they are great 😊 give them a chance

Just got the car. Put $4,000 down and not even a month matter of fact I just put my tags on it And they came and repoed it So basically they robbed me for my hard earned money. Mind you it was the dealership riding now motors that said I have to make the payments through them. I didn't know I had to go threw credit finance & never got a call or email like they say the have

Please avoid at all cost. Go to a more reputable establishment like Carmax. Their customer service skills are worse than the DMV!!!! I will be ending my consumer relationship with this company expeditiously. Please go somewhere else. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Honestly, I have read all the bad reviews and I am shocked because I have never had a problem. Call and talk to them in the office and they work with you, I have had life come up and they worked with be COMMUNICATION is the key. Pay your payments and insurance you won't have a problem. If you don't do that they are just doing their job and keeping their word. NOT A BAD COMPANY! They gave me a chance and I APPRECIATE THEM!

This is the worse company i came across! they repo my car for insurance! it was due nov 25th i was only a couple days late. I was shot and was in the hospital i was not getting paid from my job they towed my car an demanded i pay full balance for my insurance. They put me in a tough situation due to me not being able to pay my insurance an a repossession fee they want me to pay 10,000 to get my car back.

The amount of attitude and disrespect the people working there have toward their customers is unnecessary. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I also asked for an email payment schedule, because I was getting nowhere with my loan. The lady said she emailed me one and I never received it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Please do your research.

Today I left ride now motors parking lot after signing my contract for a new car , 10 minutes into my drive from ride now motors the car stoped accelerating so I stopped at a nearby place to avoid getting rear ended in the busy traffic. After letting the car rest for a few minutes … when I put the car in driver it backed up and when I put the car in reverse the car went forward. I signed papers for expensive warrantys so if my car is not serviced property by ride now motors I will be filing a law suit for endangerment and emotional distress. These predatory car companies will try their best to rip off people who are barely making ends meet just to make their commission, and the contracts NEVER add up. Do everything BUT buy a car from RIDE NOW MOTORS and don’t finance with Credit Financial Group.
