Best store in town. Most personable services and family owned business I know. I loved across town and will travel here to get any shipping services done that I need because they always have what I need and take care with the packages I have been sending out with them. A great and valued service and experience compared to any other shipping place I’ve ever worked with.

They also happen to have all sorts of other great goods in the store. I love to get fresh local honey from them, their selections of little gifts I can buy for my wife are always for quality and well priced and my favorite potato soup is also something they sell there.

Over the top customer service!!

I went in and had a shipment taken care of for me. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative, ensuring everything was correct in my shipment. I did later have some difficulty with a tracking number. Staff was very responsive and in my opinion, went above and beyond to figure out what was going on with the tracking number, so far as going to another USPS location as this is something they hadn’t seen before. Turns out I had a double tracking number where the number was for a package already delivered which is apparently so rare it’s like winning the lottery. Because of the friendly service and how above they went to help figure out a solution, Postal Annex will be my go to now for any mailing service!
