Not sure how you expect people to sign documents without everything not being filled out. I felt like the lady, who never identified herself was rude and overall a miserable person. Everything seemed to be half a$$ed right down to signing paperwork in the lobby instead of a conference room. I don't think they are worth the time to work with when there are so many options.

We stopped in the office in June to get our names changed on our DEED. I followed up in July and inquired on the status. The staff told me the paperwork had been submitted to Pender County and we should receive the DEED in a couple of weeks. I have been traveling for work and did not have a chance to follow up until my wife told me we still had not received the deed. I called yesterday afternoon to check and the staff told me they would call back that day with the status. They didn't call back so I called this morning and left them a message (NEVER CALLED BACK). I stopped in the office this afternoon and the staff member told me the our paperwork was in stack of paperwork in the back room and was never submitted. I asked her why she told me in July that it was already submitted. She couldn't give a straight answer so I chalked it up to, this place being completely un organized. I don't feel there was any malicious intent just a lack of competence, and the customer ends up paying the price for that. If you end up having to use this company, DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD SOMETHING HAS BEEN COMPLETED UNTIL YOU HAVE PROOF OTHERWISE! I would follow up at least twice a week.

Received no communication as to where offices are, how to wire funds, etc. First contact was 4:45pm day prior to closing. No communication following closing as to whether our check has been mailed, or that final transactions are complete as attorney stated we would receive. He asked at closing if we wanted our check mailed. Stated yes. Called to inquire and was told it is sitting there for pick up. Mailing address is two hours away?! Very disappointing. Do not recommend.

I used this law firm for closing on my home and it went through without any issues at all. All the paperwork was ready for me to sign and the lawyer was quick but detailed about going through what all of it meant. I left feeling like I understood what I was signing up for without having it feel drawn out or rushed. Great people to work with.

Don't use these attorneys I have been waiting for 2 months+ to draw up a deed and all I keep getting is an attorney is on vacation, we are short staffed. I will probably have ro travel 4 hours to pick up the paperwork and then find someone else at this rate.
