Very nice people at this office. however don't use Fedex they cannot provide the service you pay for. Paid an extra $50.00 to have it delivered first thing overnight but it will not be delivered in time, it will be too late to file the deed today, closing is now delayed FedEx is worthless, overpaid might as well use the postal service.
