This company handled the closing of a property I was the seller for. On multiple occasions I was told I would receive a phone call back and never did. Each time I had to call to follow up on my questions. I paid for overnight shipping of a document which I did not receive overnight because the company did not drop it off early enough for it to be overnighted, therefore I did not receive the time sensitive document overnight. I called to follow up on this and was told "I'll have to talk to the attorney and get back to you." I was forewarned that I would not hear back until the next day of which I thanked her for this information. Fast forward more than a week later and I still hadn't heard from them. I again initiate communication just to be told it was sent overnight and I received it the next day as paid for. This company did not take credit for their mistake in not sending the document early enough to have it received next day. They had ample time following the closing of the property to drop this off in order for me to receive it in the allotted time frame. All I wanted was to be reimbursed for a service I paid for but did not receive which I specifically stated. Good luck with this company. Lack of their planning is not an excuse.
