My family was involved in a transaction with Linda Sharp. She fraudulently represented herself as an executor of a will and listed a home on the MLS that she had no legal right to list. We tried to purchase the home and spent thousands on inspections and surveys, and provided a check for $1500 in due diligence money that Sharp took and cashed immediately. When settlement date arrived it was exposed that she was not the executor and couldn’t close the house, yet she refused to return our money or compensate us for the expenses we incurred from her fraudulent representation. I would avoid ANY transaction with her. We will be making formal complaints to the CPA board about her unprofessional conduct. Protect yourself and your family and stay away from her.

Linda Sharp is a fraudulent CPA. She acknowledged receipt of our 2018 tax information , ignored all emails, calls and visits to her office and never told us she did not file the 2018 taxes and also failed to filed any extensions or tax documents. DO NOT GO HERE under any circumstances

Has been over 2 months since I met with her. Told me not to worry about it when I called and visited. IRS claimed no extension or taxes were ever filed. Borderline fraudulent. DO NOT GO HERE.
