Have been a tenant for 6 years had a consistent issue in our building over the past couple of years that I’ve asked to have addressed on numerous occasions. Most recently I’ve sent 6 emails and left two voicemails with zero response whatsoever. Chris Chiappa in particular is unprofessional, unhelpful, and entirely lacking in empathy for his tenants.

These people that operate this organization from the building (on site) management to the fees that they charge on the upper level are just unbelievable. When we cleaned out the apartment that we owned , the building maintenance people tried to run a scam on us for a scuffed floor which I wasn’t having . I didn’t allow it because the guys that did the clean out for us were great , kind , hard working men (junk luggers who i highly recommend) . I feel sorry for anyone that deals with Gramarton Management. I kept my comments mild.

Be aware of the Board, when it comes to subletting they are not clear of the requirements and they make up their own to which management did not have listed. Only for them to then screw you over in delaying your applications. Management once you email them they stop responding and the Board does the same. As a shareholder, this is beyond disrespectful.

Gramatan Management is an unprofessional management company. Glenn and Chris are so ill suited to manage this company. They are unresponsive, they offer zero communication and transparency. Refuses to provide shareholders with financial statements that we are entitled to and does not want to setup board meetings. They raise our maintenance fees and gave us 3 weeks notice. This management does not offer any value to our coop building and they are raising some major red flags.

I have dealt with other Management Companies in the industry who were pleasant to deal with and Gramatan Management is quite the contrary.

This management company is very tricky and charges "late fees" of $25 falsely even though you pay on time. The customer service in the Accounts Receivables Department is extremely rude and arrogant. We pay high rents to live in these apartments and when we call to correct their errors, they treat you like we are homeless people. Nuno Pires from receivables is very unprofessional, rude and arrogant and he even threatened. Such behavior is unacceptable in a professional environment.

The Super and the porters are extremely courteous in the property when i reside, & they are very hard working. Perhaps the management team should learn from them.

We are customers and we pay this management company for their services, so it's only fair that they treat us in a fairly manner. Not sure what pleasure it gives them for being arrogant and nasty to their clients.

Terrible! Emails and phone calls are not returned, They could care less in solving any issues. Always an excuse or "looking into it". After 12 emails to solve a simple issue I would never live in another building they manage. Un professional management.

It is with regret that I cannot write much positive feedback for Gramatan Management company. They make sure snow is removed pretty consistently and lawns are mowed, but that's it. Their responsiveness is very inconsistent, at times nonexistent. They fail to provide requested documentation. I have problems that need addressing, and I get no response or simply told that it's my responsibility to fix. I pay almost $320 a month for HOA fees and feel I am not getting my money's worth. I would honestly like to know to whom I would report such complaints.
