My QuickBooks advisor recommended DG & Assoc. to me in 2010 to do our taxes both business and personal. She had been working with them and had recommended them to many of her clients, myself included. My experience with them over the past 13 years has been wonderful. Not one hitch nor one glitch. They were easy to work with as they outlined everything that they would need to do the return. We have since sold our business and moved to Florida, however DG & Assoc still do our taxes and will continue to.

We used Jack's services for a few years and with each passing year Jack dropped the ball more and more. His errors cost us quite a bit of money. Jack failed to offer a reasonable explanation when questioned on his errors. He did apologize but that didn't cover the costs of his egregious mistakes. To make matters worse he did a re-file on our recent taxes and failed to notify us that he did the refill and that we owe more money than his previous return. Extremely unprofessional. Needless to say we have terminated our Clint relationship with him and his firm.

I think I spoke to Jack personally a couple of times, but it is his staff that I really wanted to commend. Everyone went above and beyond after my wife was killed and was extremely helpful. I know that it is human nature to only leave reviews when something bad has happened, but I think one should give praise when praise is due, and they couldn't have been nicer or more understanding.

We've worked with Jack Goldstein and his excellent team for over five years and have been consistently impressed with the quality of their service for both our personal and corporate taxes. DGA has been essential to the success of our company! For instance giving me a heads up if there are changes that could impact our company, hosting free lunch seminars to keep us informed on current tax issues, and even assisting with organizing our quickbooks accounts or taking care of reporting for renewing our GC license. They are a well informed and organized team and all take care of business in a friendly, professional and timely manner. I frequently recommend them to friends and other business owners who tell me they have the same experience. We love working wirh DGA! They are passionate about what they do and it shows. I give them my highest recommendation. They may cost more, but they are more than worth it!!!

I used Jack Goldstein for my 2016 tax return. Great guy and 5 minutes into our appointment, he found an error in my 2015 return (prepared by someone else) that is going to get me back roughly $600. Finding that one error paid for his services two fold. I will definitely be using Jack for my future CPA needs.

Frank Davies, CPA, is very intelligent and he knows how to complete income and corporate tax returns. He is a very good communicator and relates tax answers well when an explanation is needed. Secretary, Jenni Russell is very professional and knowledgeable about the profession. Outstanding office.
